since my brother died four years ago his so called wife will not let us have any contact with the kids. she siays she will take me to court for harassment if I talk to her on facebook. I thought anyone could use facebook and talk to people since it is public thanks for any help.

If she's under 18, it's considered interfering with a minor.

it's not always public... when you send someone a message it's 100% private
and it doesnt matter if it's private or public

Its Not Always Public And If She or He is Under 18 They Can Do That If There Over 18 Then They Have No Say Since At That Point There Not a Minor Anymore
