reinstalling google chrome didn't work i keep getting the same msg
what can i do? please hel pme

Google Chrome is a quick web browser, but unfortunately not compatible with all websites. If your error occurs on a specific site, that's most likely the cause. Otherwise, completely remove Chrome by going to the control panel, add/remove programs, and uninstall it. Make sure you're on the official Google Chrome website when you reinstall. If you're still getting an error message, there may be something else wrong.

You know, it would be a lot easier to help you if you actually posted the error message or at least described more specifically how it's not working.

Hello,
When submitting a question asking for help like this it seems that giving information like what your doing that causes the error and what the error actually says as useful information for anyone wanting to provide you an answer.
You have not provided either and so any answer you get really is going to be a shot in the dark.
Is it when you first launch Chrome, is it a particular website that it gives the error on? What is the Error? Have you tried putting the error number into a search engine to see if others have the problem. Checking the Chrome help might be worthwhile...: http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Chrome
