I have changed all my privacy settings to "friends only" and there are still non-friends pulling my page up seeing all of my information on facebook including my everything on my wall. Please help !

you arent under the impression that you just go to your privacy settings page and select "friends only" and that is how you change it, are you?
it's a lot more complex than that... you have to go thru individual items and set the privacy for each item
as for your "wall posts", use the "limit past posts" function on the privacy page
