want to order NCIS Gibbs badge but not sure if i can trust this website. does any1 have experience with this site?

I don't have first hand experience with them, I see the site is 6 years old, registered to a GB address, which agrees with the on site info.
Looks like they are trying to stay within the law, (no personalized FBI badges, etc.) so they shouldn't get shut down by authorities.
