I enjoy going to small websites, and I thought it'd be interesting to see a website with like a live list of them as they're being made; just so I can support upcoming developers, and find a small place to just enjoy and critique with some fellow geekpeople. I googled, and briefly searched the answers, but found nothing.

Google is one of the biggest companies on the web if not thee biggest and it only indexes a small percentage of the web.
The web grows fast quick. The list would b endless so in short no there isn't.

That wouldn't really be possible to do, except for a few websites listed by Google. There could be thousands of new web sites created around the world on a daily basis, while at the same time, thousands more could be abandoned.
