I need to buy a new watch. So i need some good sites which allows cash on delivery option.

i dont think there are any, due to thefts and the fact that delivery companies are the ones that will deliver the item, not the shop/company it's self, so cant take payment.
you have to use a credit/debit/visa card to purchase online.

You can confidently buy at flip kart, infi beam, watch kart, they all offer COD and very reliable.
