Just another way for humans to be totally unproductive and waste away their minds.
There really is no point. Twitter is stupid. It's basically just people posting statuses about what they're doing... all day long.

Twitter is a social networking and microblogging service that allows the user to make short, quick status updates as well as follow the updates of their friends and various celebrities. The user can also send and receive direct messages. Twitter can be used via the internet, text messaging, and various downloadable applications on smartphones.

The idea of Twitter is pretty good, if you think about it. Pretty much like Facebook, you get to know what anyone else is doing... Only that it doesn't really work like that, because people don't care what the world is doing, they only want people to FOLLOW THEM AND LOOK AT THEIR POSTS '-.-
So basically, I only use twitter for venting my emotions and thoughts, because I know none of my friends use twitter (and if they do, they don't ever check it)
