Can't access FB account.? - 739 - 06-09-2014 01:04 AM
My brother does all his FBing on his phone so I'm helping him try to access his FB account.
So he has had a FB account for over a year and it's still up. I just went and looked at is as his friend. But a month or so ago on his phone he was prompted to change his password for FB and it created him a new FB account. So now there are two accounts for him and it only seems to have his email for the new one he doesn't want.
I've tried all I know to help him. I tried logging in and it only allows for the new account.
Any thoughts, solutions, tips?!?! Help! Thanks

Go to forgot password link.
http://m.facebook.com/recover
Type on there fb email address or phone number and go to with Search button.
