If you use fb on pc then tell your parents to block the Facebook or cut the internet connection. If you use on mobile then replace it with a ordinary mobile which don't have internet.

its also my problum too .. dude u hav to avoide it til the exam , dude u know whats the problm of our , problm is home , home to massage , massage to chat , chat to home , home to profile like a recycle ............. with my best complimnt i want to say only a one thing " just focus on ur mind and ignore it , ya if u want to chat with any girl or ur best who attch with ur family , then u can chat but after chating forget the fb
