Ebay is just a listing service for listing products you wish to sell. Gumtree is another one.
For all these listing services, you have to create your account which is a simple process. Ebay has lots of free instructions itself plus there are lots of ebooks on how to use Ebay - just google for them.

E-bay is a place where you can but and sell anything locally, nationally or internationally too,it offers a place where number of products trades everyday on the basis of auction style listing.
For making an ebay account :-
Go to the ebay website
A webpage wil open and then click on register
A form will be display,you have to fill the form
Select ID and Password
A agreement will be display and you have to agree it
Click on submit
your ebay account is activated.
