I use to have an Instagram account with 2000 followers which are all ghost I guess.
And so I just made a new account and deleted my old one just now and does not know how to get more active followers.

-Try randomly liking some or spaming your followers . This will get their attention and make them view & like some of your pics.
- Post pictures saying " Unfollowing All Ghost Followers, Like Some Pics to not unfollowed Etc "

1.Upload Only the Best Photos (And Not All at Once)
2. Pay Attention to What Works
3. Use Hashtags, Especially Popular Ones
4. Follow Others
5. Geotag Your Photos
6. Like and Comment on Other Photos
