Makeup will make your eyes pop. Lots of it. Use fake eyelashes to make your eyebrows look more voluminous. Make sure your eyeliner touches both ears.

I would say use a dark mascara and maybe bronze eyeshadow. Use eyebrow pencil to define your eyebrows, and maybe a bronze-based blush and foundation. You can't go wrong with light pink lip gloss.
