a marketing question? - Istvan - 06-09-2014 10:19 PM

I have a website that gives advice on writing a dissertation. How could I reach potential clients (university students)?

Hi,

There are a few ways you can reach your audience.
1) Optimize your website for SEO: SEO helps your website get found via search engine, so when your audience search for advice on writing dissertations, it is possible that your website can be found via search engine. I am sure a lot of university students need help with that and can see that it is a highly searched keyword. SEO is free but takes up your time and take a while to see result

2) Paid Ad: While students are browsing on the web, by using paid ad, it is possible for your potential audience see the ad and click on the ad to visit your site. Sometimes it might be a bit costly though.

3) Participate on forums or groups. By participating in forums and groups where your audience is and providing useful information, it helps build trust and authority. From there, you can direct people to your site or people can visit your site from your profile and etc.

There are definitely more ways, but here are 3 quick ideas. Hope it helps!
