Can you quit and restart apps on Facebook? Such as Farmville or Hotel City?

yes. in your bookmarks list click the pencil symbol that appear near the application u want to delete.
choose remove app. wait a few days then install it again as u initially did. i think u have to wait a month but im not sure about that.
