Google Chrome help/tips? - 096 - 06-10-2014 04:02 AM

I've been a long time Mozilla Firefox user, but lately it's been ticking me off in that it keeps asking me to keep selecting a profile on startup, even though I told it not to ask anymore.

Anyway, I switched to Google Chrome since it seems like the next best thing for me, and I was wondering:

1) Is there a way to make it so that you can make it open new pages in windows instead of new tabs?

2) Is there anything you can do to customize it? It seems very minimal to me, and it just doesn't feel right, but I'll get used to it eventually.

Thanks.
Suggestions to make the experience better are welcome
Thanks Eddie, that helped. That'll take some getting used to but it would still be nice if just left clicking something opened it in a new window like in Firefox.

Press ctrl+n or hover on a link and press shift while u click

As for your second question, there is not much customizing other then to change the theme https://tools.google.com/chrome/intl/en/themes/index.html

And get plugins:
