Yes - that's not bad at all. Not the absolute best but pretty good. About BT fibre-optic broadband speed...

The speeds are reasonable for fibre optic connections based on my experience in the UK. I used to get around 10 Mbps download and around 1 Mbps upload with regular broadband.
I am now using BT Infinity Fibre To The Cabinet, which is giving me about 38 Mbps download and 9.5 Mbps upload.
