If i have no wifi-Enabled on my computer and i connect a wire from my modem to my computer will the internet? - Adrian - 06-10-2014 07:41 AM So will the connection work if wifi on my pc is disabled and i use a wire will it work? Sorry if it seems dumb. - Allan - 06-10-2014 07:44 AM Most WiFi modems have the option to connect via ethernet or USB cables. I use ethernet for my PC and WiFi for my laptop. - Tracy L - 06-10-2014 07:48 AM Wired connections are always better than wifi! Wired used less overhead, does not need extra encryption, and is not as subject to interference. All wifi is a replacement for ethernet cable if ethernet is as easy to connect USE it! Both connect you to the exact same system! |
