Deactivated my twitter account? - 249 - 06-10-2014 10:18 PM Ok so I just deactivated my twitter account because it was pointless. If someone mentioned my @ username in a.tweet, will those tweets be deleted since my account is no longer existing? For example, if my friend tweeted "@username iqjwndbdjowkw" will that tweet get deleted since my account was deleted? Sorry if it's a little confusing! - Jacob - 06-10-2014 10:19 PM Nope, it would still remain there as a plain text instead of a username - Jawaher - 06-10-2014 10:27 PM no it will be there only your friend can delete it - Barbie - 06-10-2014 10:38 PM it wont delete, it will be there with unclickable @ username - 734 - 06-10-2014 10:49 PM Your account will be officially deactivate dafter one month When tweeting @yourname.. it won't appear in blue, so it means that your account is deactivated..
