I think what you're referring to is that logo that prints out at the bottom of the label when you print a shipping label through PayPal. It is just for their advertising purpose, but if you cut that part off the label it doesn't matter. If the bar code and tracking number are still on the label as well as the addresses, they'll still ship it.
