I lost my iPhone and I'm getting a new one, but will I be able to keep the same Instagram account? Like, if a plug in my username and password will it let me keep the same account or will I have to make a new one when I get my new phone? I'd greatly appreciate any answers.

yes, you can still keep your account as long as you still remember your username and password
