Let's just say I have a complaint, and I want to contact the people who design/develop Facebook to suggest that they change it. But I can't find the Facebook email address. Can anyone tell me what it is or where to find it?

Go to account in the top right corner of your homepage, help, and select "send feedback". That goes directly to the powers that be at facebook.
