On instagram, when you get a follow request but then you get lots of likes and comments on your notification, does the FOLLOW REQUEST stay on top or go down and disappear? Because someone who has posted 3 days ago hasn't accepted my request from a week ago.

maybe there a stalker who doesn't want you to follow him but wants to see who you are. if he's a friend go up to him and say can i follow you on IG. or he probably has that thing that says sorry we can't get your news on your news feed right now but ask
