I was selling an item on ebay that i made 'pick up only'
a buyer contacted me asking if he could pay shipping to his area, which i told him the cost and we agreed to. he just won the auction but with 0 shipping fee and i need to add an extra $20 to his total fee which he agreed to.
how can i do this ?

I am sure you can CONTACT the buyer via eBay's website

I believe you have to send him an invoice with the added $20.
