eBay purchases disappeared? - CSF - 06-12-2014 09:36 AM
Boyfriend bought an item on eBay, buy it now. Paid for it right away. Now the listing has completely disappeared. Nothing in his buying list and no email from eBay. Is this some sort of glitch?

'my ebay' at the top on ebay, 'Purchase History'.
all purchases will be listed there.
he can also find it in Paypal history if he paid via paypal, or 'You won item' email from ebay.
i have noticed for a few days (Ebay was doing a major 'update' yesterday and most features disappeared) i haven't been getting much emails from ebay. so may just be a glitch also. but the listing should never completely disappear, the seller can not completely remove the listing even if they cancel the sale.

Purchase history is on the left at the top, or if you hover the mouse over 'My ebay' at the top, it's in the list.
