I have a Samsung galaxy s2 that runs just fine, and I've updated instagram like five times, but I still can't do video ...?? Confused. Please help

It may just be abug with the device which affects your specific phone model...
Do you know anyone who has the same phone as you? DO they have the same problem?
You might have to wait until they do an upadte to the app to patch the bug.
