Commercial web sites like Facebook exercise control over all advertising messages sent or delivered through their site(s), and protect this facet of their business because advertising is their primary source of income. If you violate their terms, they may delete your account. You can certainly pay Facebook to advertise; they'll be happy to accept your money in exchange for advertising to their one billion users. Sorry, but there aren't any reliable, legal and free methods of advertising on the Internet.
