A Device for Wireless Internet Connection? - Aaron Homer - 06-12-2014 04:50 PM Is there a device in the market that allows your desktop pc to connect to the internet wirelessly? A device that when you use/connect to your pc, you can gain access on the internet without paying any prepaid card or any company that offers internet connection.. something like that.. - Aaron Homer - 06-12-2014 04:55 PM Not legally. Or do you care about ethics or morality. - meightysix - 06-12-2014 05:07 PM Yeah, of course. It'd be something using 802.11a/b/g and would be accessible only if there is an access point nearby. Since you have a desktop PC, you would need either a wired internet connection and an access point or ability to use someone else's, as well as a USB or PCI wireless card. You're not going to get anything else for free. |
