I've downloaded instagram on my new Android mobile (Samsung Galaxy Ace) and I just want to know how it works. I know its a picture posting thing. And what should the username look like?

It could be anything you want it to be instagram is like facebook but with pictures most people use a nickname though.

You take a pic/vid, add a filter, attach a caption, send. Done
The username is entirely up to you.
