Can I put the disc in my xbox one now or do I gotta wait til 3 am considering I'm on EST time? Respawn issued a statement about this but I can't find it online now, so has anyone else got the game an currently waiting?

Anyone with a legit copy can play anytime early without getting banned. This was confirmed via their twitter but you are probably already playing the game now anyway.
