Me and my friend opened a server and at first had at least 10 people on daily but lately (2 weeks later) we have had 2-3 people on and they are all in the same faction. We update Planet Minecraft every day, are on mcserverlist and about 4 other websites but nothing seems to be working. Please help!

I host a server as well I would suggest just giving it time and just serving your users the best product you are able to give them.
I know it sucks, but time is the best medicine
