Yesterday I got on my twitter to find tweets I didn't tweet. They said: "Click here to find ways to burn off body fat[insert web URL here]" Also, I had found that the hacker also sent all of my followers a DM that said the something similar to the same thing, only they said that someone wrote a bad blog about them and someone was spreading rumors about them with a link.
I've tried letting these accounts know in tweets so they can know that it's not me, its the hacker ( the hacker went over the daily DM limit, im still on it.) and nobody is paying attention to the tweets.
What can I do to stop getting hacked?

Change the password to your twitter asap.
Change the email address associated to your twitter.
Then, stop clicking on things that you aren't sure about. You probably clicked on a DM that was malicious and got you hacked.
You should probably do a virus scan on your computer too.
