It is Arabic - Lebanese dialect , it means (who from the guys didn't introduce us to his mother yet?)
Depending on the context and the relationship with that person, it might be an insult or just a joke..

As George said it means: Who didn't introduce us to his mother yet .
It could be an indirect insult, but i guess since it was mother's day a couple of days ago, he is making fun of people posting their pics with their mothers on fb.
