Lately I found my teen son having child porn on his phone pictures. I talked to him about it and we agreed that he would not do this ever again. I am a teacher so I talked about it with other teachers and they agreed it was horrible, they wanted to take the websites down. The point is we want to help the online community by starting a club/organization on taking down child porn sites. The only thing is we do not know how to find these site so we can report them. Any help/answer would be greatly appreciated!

You can ask your teenager son to tell you where he found those photos so you can possibly take that first website down.

Good grief! You told your co-workers about your son's porn??!!! Why on earth would you even need confirmation that something like this was "horrible"?
The more I read your question, the more it sounds like you are just fishing for tips on how to find child porn...it would be better if you just left this to the professionals and focused on disciplining your own son.

Just report it to the police and give them the phone so their people can trace them. If you are found intentionally looking for child porn, for whatever the reason, you can be charged for it. Even being n possession of can get you in trouble if you are found having it and not trying to remove it or report it.
