Google Chrome on my computer began to crash so i have to reinstall but can anyone tel me HOW exactly.

Go to your control panel. Find add or remove programs. Uninstall google chrome. Install new google Chrome.

Firstly you need to uninstall your google chrome from control panel at "Add and Remove Programe". Than go to chrome's offical website (http://www.google.com/chrome) to download a new setup of google chrome. After that run the chrome setup and it will take few moments to reinstall a fresh google chrome to your system.
