Why is he always around? - ☆ ♥♥*´`*•.¸★ - 06-13-2014 09:50 PM

Background: we are in our last year of high school. I am a 17 year old female and he is 19.
We met at the start of year 11 (February 2013) and we friends for a few month. We stopped being friends because one of my 'friends' got onto my Facebook account and found out something his friend wrote on his account while drunk (asked for photos). We fought and he blocked me. However, he was claiming he has the photos till November last year. He was also going onto his friends accounts to look at my profile and save all my photos.
After the summer holidays it seemed to be okay. I talked to him twice in the first 10 days (about the tat he got) but it was quick and I made sure I finished the conversation. I also started sitting in the banned senior area, and his bother sits up there but doesn't know who I am. A few weeks into term I noticed that he was sitting up there too. At first I thought it was just a move it twice off yo talk to his bother.
6 weeks later this has turned into him sitting around me during my breaks, following me to some of my classes, staring at me when I'm in my early morning classes and today he tried to take a photo of me. When he drives home with his friends (we have a student car park - I have my P's and he is only on his L's) they wait for me to leave before they do...so I generally wait for them to leave first, unless I'm not going home.
Now I really don't understand this. Why would he still be following me around, my mum says it's stalking but I don't know? Has anyone ever had this happen to them before?

If he's a hypocritical, inconsiderate, condescending, stuck-up bad boy, dump him or reject him and tell other girls to avoid him!
