I tried to go onto my friends Twitter page the other day and usually all of tweets appear, as on any Twitter account and above the top it said he has tweeted 102 times. However, where the tweets are suppose to load it said "No tweets" even though he hasn't deleted anything.

He has it set on private settings and he'll have to follow you so you can see them.
