My internet connection speed is 921Kbps. But, I can download at the maximum speed of just 2Kbps only. How to increase this downloading speed? Give me any weblink for my solution...

I suspect your download is 2 KBps which is 16 kbps. This is very slow but is is not your computer or your internet connection, it is the download server.
Use an internet web speed determination web site to measure your download. Download servers never run at your Internet speed; they run at whatever speed they want and always less than your Internet connection.
