I already have an account, i used the free months trial on it and continued, and I want to make another account for my brother. Can I use the same card? and if i do, do I get another months free trial on the new account?

I don't know, but probably. you can check by signing up with the other email and card and see if it comes up with a charge. if it does, cancel it.
