I am also working in microworkers.com since last month . Till now I have submitted more than 90 tasks and as per my knowledge , once task is submitted it can not be changed. Your submitted answer will be verified by the employer and if it is correct you will be credited , on the other hand if it is incorrect your success rate will be reduced.
