I just wanted to know that is there anyway that we can advertise on search engines like MyWebSearch and webcrawler so that we can cheap leads.

The displayed ads are being served up by Google so mywebsearch.com is probably a search advertising partner you would reach with Adwords ads.
One digital advertising service reported that mywebsearch represents 1.5% of Google AdWords traffic their clients were getting.
The 2nd or perhaps 3rd tier 7Search is one source of cheap ads, you can lower bids down to 1 cent after an initial default 5 cents (last time I tried it) Cheap yes, not sure if you actually get leads out of the network loaded with fraudulent low quality sites.
