i use it all the time and nothing has happened and most of my friends use google chrome and firefox...

Because historically it has been insecure, failed to conform to web standards, and did not include many features that all other browsers have. It's come a long way since then, but it still lags behind in addon/extension support and has the serious disadvantage of being tied to a single platform (Microsoft Windows).

I use internet explorer, firefox and chrome all the time but the next internet explorer will be far better than firefox and chrome.
But still the internet explorer is better than firefox and chrome

It cannot load all webpage properly

Historically it was lacking. Modern times it is fine. I tend use them all. Some browse work better for some sites over others. Mix and match now is all I can recommend. All seem to have issues.
