Have a windows 8, toshiba lap top and can't get my google toolbar or yahoo toolbar. What do I do. I downloaded both of them. My husband has it on his, I have it with internet explorer but can't in google chrome.

Neither toolbar is supported on Google Chrome.
BTW, the Google toolbar is only supported on IE and if you downloaded the Yahoo toolbar while under Google Chrome, then your Firefox browser (if you have one) now has the Yahoo toolbar.
