I need to find a cheap, yet decent .com site. I also need a domain editing site like Weebly. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Godaddy has a special offer on Economy web hosting plan right now (the first link on http://www.webhostingdiscounts.org/ ), $1/month ($12 for a full year total), so you can get it really cheap, and it includes a free domain name.
If you just want a domain name they have a special offer on .com domain names for $4 until the end of month.

the cheapest registrar is: http://goo.gl/jZoL8 I don't think anyone out there offers cheaper single .com domains as cheap as they do (GoDaddy is probably cheaper for bulk purchases though)
