Every time I type in B&w... Or Negative... Or Sepia... Nothing happens. Why is this?

Snapchat not for real camera. Must you ask under cellphones and handhelds instead.

Questions about Social media, chat programs etc really don't belong in the Photography (or the Cameras) section of Yahoo Answers.
There is a section called "Internet" that has some of them listed and that would be a much better area for YOUR question: http://answers.yahoo.com/dir/index?sid=396545662
YA answers is lagging behind the times - if you can't find the section you really need (for example Instagram or Twitter), please write to Yahoo and suggest that they add it.
