This is question always stuck my mind... SEO is going to Finish. If we have look at latest update from Google like Panda and Penguin it seems that SEO will not work after few years. Quality Content and Unique Visitors thats it. So there is no need to hire a SEO ? Please Suggest me as I am looking for great future and Career in SEO.

It is an evolving science, but there are plenty of more legitimate SEO techniques that still work, just don't use old formulas.
The most spammy methods like software robot generated backlinks or pages full of link exchanges are obvious no-nos.

SEO is not going to finish. Google panda and penguin updates made it so technical. Before it seo considered only cut, copy paste work. Google's main aim to provide exact information that user need.

SEO is not going to end.To have good future ahead you need to learn SEM, which is combination of SEO & PPC..
In SEO, the results are displayed organically, whereas PPC is related to Paid Ads.
You can also do SMM & SMO to promote your website quickly.

Seo is not going to finish, it's too complected after the latest google penguin and panda updates but if you use always unique and quality content with quality backlinks then it's not difficult to rank on google or any other major search engine

In my opinion, you still need seo as along as search engine exists. The key is how to optimize your website. According the latest Google Algorithm, you should focus more on users, not only search engine. Good Luck.

No, Never. If a website follows Google webmaster guidelines, that website always gets top position in the Search engine. Old SEO techniques are present no value. The technique that helps the online viewer, that website always get top position. You must consider Hummingbird algorithm as well. That algorithm also too important. That Hummingbird influence search results (depends on relevancy of search query).
So update your techniques to help the online viewer, surely your website gets top position. A lot of future in SEO.

SEO wouldn't go on finish stage because it is a need of market...
