I have an Xperia ZL...whenever I get a message/chat through facebook, I get a notification sound...
but when I get a like/comment, I don't get a notification sound...
On Instagram, I never get a notification sound...it just appears when I open the app...
I have configured settings on both apps to get notifications with sound...but I get nothing?

Check and Make Sure your Phones Volume Is Up If it is Than Double Check Facebook And Make Sure You Did Not Turn Sound Off By a Mistake
