Ok so recently was my 15th birthday (WOO), and I finnaly have a cellphone of my own (WOO). Now alot of my friends have phones so I have there number, thats the simple part. Now the not so simple part (For me at least) is when is appropriate to ask someone for there number. I don't want to come off as eager and creepy, and I don't want to wait untill the point where in that relationship rut and we're just aquantinces. So when is a general idea of when I should ask for her/his number? Thanks guys and gals.

Post something on social media that he/she uses that says "got a cell phone, comment your numbers!" on your wall, you'll get a lot of numbers
