We charged it after I received it. But when trying to bring up FB it comes up with a security warning. It also says there is a problems with the security certificate for this site. Then with a x in a red box it says the name of this site does not match the name on the certificate. Do I need to get ahold of my friend that gave me this gift to get a certificate number. I do have wireless internet. Also it is real slow.

Check the date and time on your tablet. I bet it's not correct.
