Okay I'm a lesbian and there's a cute girl in my school. She's a freshman and I'm a junior. I never talked to her, she isn't in any of my classes but I see her in the hallway. Today I followed her in Instagram ad she followed me back. I DM'd her ad started a small conversation. I have no idea if she likes girls or not and I'm new to this so how should I try to get with her ? Advice please ?

Ask her about her sexuality. Let her know that you're not trying to be rude, just curious. If she's interested in women try lightly flirting with her, "you look nice today," or "I like your outfit." Pay attention to her reactions. If she looks away slightly, or blushes, there is a possibility that she's into you. Good luck!
