Is there any free iTouch/iPhone apps where you can update your status simultaneously on Twitter and Facebook?
I've tried Tweetdeck but it won't let me connect to my Facebook.

The steps to sync your Twitter and Facebook accounts are explained here.

Once you link the accounts they should automatically co-operate, whether on an app or computer.
